Welcome to MintSlabsCo! By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms and disclaimers.

🎨 Display-Only Slabs (Not Graded)

MintSlabsCo creates custom display slabs for collectors. These are not professionally graded, authenticated, or officially certified, and should not be confused with third-party grading companies like PSA, Tag, CGC, or Beckett.

We do not provide grading services, authentication, or valuation. Our slabs are for decorative and collectible purposes only.

MintSlabsCo is not affiliated with or endorsed by:

• The Pokémon Company
  
  

• Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
  
  

• PSA, Tag, CGC, BGS, or any official grading company
  
  

Any card names, trademarks, or references are used strictly for descriptive purposes only.

📬 Shipping Policy

Customers who choose to mail us their cards do so at their own risk. 

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail prior to receiving your cards.
  
  

• Once received, your cards will be handled with care, sleeved, and encased in a tamper-evident slab.
  
  

• Orders are typically completed and returned within 14 business days.
  
  

Customers are responsible for shipping cards to us safely. We recommend using:

• Protective card sleeves and top loaders
  
  

• Padded envelopes or boxes
  
  

• USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking

💵 Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of each slab, all sales are final. If your slab arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We may offer replacements at our discretion.

🖼️ Custom Label Designs

All label designs are original works or commissioned with proper usage rights. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute our label designs without written permission.

🔒 Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information.

We collect:

• Your name, email, and shipping address for order fulfillment

• Order details to process your request
  
  

We use this data to:

• Ship your orders

• Contact you regarding customizations or updates
  
  

We do not store or process payment details directly. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

You may request to delete your customer data at any time by contacting us at mintslabsco@gmail.com.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

MintSlabsCo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our products. By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your cards and agree not to hold us liable for card value loss, shipping delays or mishandled by carriers, aesthetic preferences or dissatisfaction, or damage to or loss of cards not caused directly by us.
